    We’d love to see you for a cocktail and a chance to say quick hello before the wedding day, if you are in town.

    Shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding venue.

    Mission Ranch | Carmel by the Sea

    Our ceremony will begin at 4:15 PM. We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to allow plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins.

    Cocktail Hour + Reception
    4:45 PM - 10:00 PM
    Mission Ranch

    Following the ceremony, please join us at Mission Ranch for cocktails, dinner, dancing, and celebration. We will not be doing a formal sit down dinner, rather an extended cocktail hour + dancing.

    O’Callaghans

    Join us following the reception at a local Irish Pub for drinks and late night bites. Walking distance from the Carmel Mission Inn.

    *Shuttles will be provided from the reception to the after party as well.

  • We recommend arriving by Thursday, November 19 if you’d like to join us for the full wedding weekend. This will give you time to settle in and enjoy Carmel before the wedding festivities begin.

  • Yes. Transportation will be provided between select locations for the Wedding day. Please check back closer to the celebration for shuttle times and pickup details.

  • Yes! Please join us for the after party on Friday, November 20 after the wedding at O’Callaghan’s. We’d love to spend a little more time together before saying goodbye.

  • Our wedding dress code is California Formal.

    We invite you to dress elegantly while embracing the relaxed sophistication of the California coast. For women, floor-length gowns, formal midi dresses, or elevated cocktail attire are welcome. For men, tuxedos or dark suits with a tie are appropriate.

    Think refined, romantic, and polished, with a touch of California ease.

    As November evenings in Carmel can be cool, we recommend bringing a wrap, jacket, or additional layer for the evening.

  • Upscale Coastal Casual

    We want you to be comfortable and stylish! Business casual, blazers, sweaters, midi dresses, or jumpsuits.

    Two Crucial Tips for the Evening:

    1. Bring a heavy coat: Our welcome toast at 8:00pm takes place on a rooftop lounge. While there will be heaters, late November evenings on the Carmel Coast get very chilly.

    2. Wear practical footwear: At 7:45pm, we will take a short, 3-minute progressive walk together through downtown. Carmel-by-the-Sea has historic, unlit sidewalks with uneven cobblestones- thick block heels, wedges, or flats are highly recommended so you can navigate safely in the dark.

    *Rehearsal dinner is immediate family/bridal party only. All are welcome to join us at Vesuvio rooftop for a cocktail and hello!
